WHY I BUILT
CYAMONEIRAYN VETTED

CYAMONEIRAYN VETTED is my group, and I built it to protect BOTH players and agents.

It’s not just a group where somebody pays me, gets a badge, and starts posting. I actually vet the businesses I allow in and hold them to standards even after they’re accepted.

For my agents and hosts, being vetted gives them credibility with players because people know I’ve actually looked into who they are and how they operate. They’re able to promote within my group, gain exposure to my player community, and have access to active player chats.

I also help promote and vouch for my vetted businesses, help mediate situations when there’s an issue with a player, and make sure somebody isn’t publicly dragged before we actually know what happened.

Being vetted also comes with standards.

I expect my vetted agents to be upfront about their rules, bonuses, limits, and payment methods; load correctly; communicate with their players; maintain proper records; and handle legitimate redemptions within the required timeframe.

Being vetted by me does NOT mean somebody can suddenly do whatever they want. They have to continue meeting the standards.

For players, CYAMONEIRAYN VETTED provides a safer place to find businesses that have actually been looked into instead of choosing some random person on Facebook and hoping for the best.

If there’s a problem involving one of my vetted agents, players can bring it to me. I’ll look at BOTH sides, including receipts and communication, before making a decision.

I’m not automatically siding with an agent just because they’re vetted with me.

There is also insurance protection of up to $200 for qualifying situations involving vetted agents, providing an additional layer of accountability behind the vetting process.

The biggest thing behind all of this is:

REPUTATION & ACCOUNTABILITY.

I’m putting my name behind the businesses I vet, so I take that seriously.

I want good agents to have somewhere they can build trust and connect with real players, while giving players somewhere they can play without feeling like they’re completely on their own if something goes wrong.

That’s why I call it VETTED — not just verified. ❤️
